Understand the operations and impact on organizational and financial risk. Full cycle auditing, from Identifying risks, planning, fieldwork, and testing & Deliverables. Internal controls 404 testing and remediation. Data analytics using ACL. ITGC testing. JV audits and special investigations. Max of 10% travel.
senior financial accountant
Consolidations and Month-end close for the MLP. Financial Reporting - External / SEC (10k/ 10q, comfort letter requirements). Q3 + Q4 busy seasons in a Big 4 or Tier II public accounting firm with 2+ busy seasons as a Senior reviewing work. SEC clients or SEC reporting in industry. Public plus SEC reporting in industry is preferred. CPA is a strongly preferred.
revenue accountant (upstream)
Prepare monthly Revenue accruals and journal entries. Prepare monthly Revenue account reconciliations and various analysis. Process PPA’s for selected operated properties. Process revenue for non-operated properties. Maintain policies and procedures related to specific job duties. Revenue check-write payment review.
Financial reporting director
Own the entire Financial Reporting process as well as Investor relations. Manage and support a team of 5. Maintain adequate controls over financial reporting. Growth to Corporate Assistant Controller. Seeking someone with a Big 4 background who has transitioned to industry at the manager or director level (8+ years of total experience).
